STARS is excited to host numerous camps throughout the year at our NORTH Hub (Summer Camps, Holiday Camps, Snow Day Camps). Get your athlete in the gym with STARS: Improve – Have Fun – Get Results!

To accommodate the busy family/athlete, many sessions offer a single or multi-day option.

NORTH HUB CAMPS
Basketball season is coming up quickly! Help your athlete advance his/her skills and have more success this winter. Be a COMPLETE PLAYER! This workout session will help your athlete improve in all facets of the game, including offensively and defensively. On offense, guard-, post-, and wing-specific skills be will taught to help your athlete be a player who his/her coach cannot take off the court. Defensively, be that player on the court who the offensive player dislikes. This workout session will include concepts on defensive footwork, defensive positioning, and defensive rebounding. Become a COMPLETE PLAYER!
